When you open an account with us, we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, where local law requires it, identity documents for verification. Payment data linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions is processed to complete deposits and withdrawals — we do not store

The questions below cover the most common concerns about how your personal data is used at realjeet — from what we collect when you deposit via UPI to how you can request a full copy of your account data. We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, where required by local law, a government-issued identity document. Device data such as your IP address and browser type is also logged for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

We store only the transaction reference and amount needed to credit your account. Full UPI IDs used in one-time transactions are not retained beyond the period required for reconciliation, and UPI PINs are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through our privacy email or the in-app Help Centre. After we verify your identity, we will provide a structured copy of your account data within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian data-protection requirements.

Send an erasure request via the privacy email or live chat, selecting the Data Deletion category. We process confirmed requests within 30 days. Note that some records — such as PhonePe or Paytm transaction logs — must be kept for the statutory minimum period before deletion.

We share data only with payment-infrastructure partners (for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe processing) and identity-verification providers where local law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal data to marketers or any unrelated third party.
